- Click on feeder details.
- Press the Submit button and enter your 14-digit reference. The schedule for load shedding your feeder will be displayed. The time will be marked with ‘Off’ to indicate that the FESCO feeder is off.
Register and track complaints on FESCO Online Bill
CCMS allows you to track existing complaints against FESCO or create a new one. These are the steps to follow if you wish to file a complaint.
You can submit online complaint on FESCO
- Visit the site for CCMS.
- Click on Register a Complaint.
- Verify that you are a registered FESCO customer by using your mobile number or FESCO reference number.
- Select your reference number or mobile number in step 3.
- If you are a registered FESCO customer, your details will appear in the section Customer information.
- Enter the details of your complaint under Complaint Detail Section.
- Click on the Register Complaint Button.
- Click on the navigation bar and select ‘Track by Reference to track your complaint’.
- Click the Search button and enter your reference number. Your complaint’s status will be displayed.
Your complaint will be acknowledged within 24 hours. Your complaint will be dealt with within 14 days.
