- Click “Apply”.
- Put all the information in the application form and attach all the required documents.

Estimated Time For New Connection
Based on the load required for the new combination, WAPDA developed four different grade bands. The following is a description of the steps and time for each class.
Category One Connection Process for Loads of 15kW or Less
- Application Receipt: After applying, you’ll receive a receipt with a queue number to track your application status. (1 Day)
- Site Survey: The team will inspect the location to determine if a new meter can be installed. (3 Days)
- Cost Calculation: If installation is possible, the total cost for the meter installation will be calculated. (2 Days)
- Demand Notice: You will receive a demand notice by post or in person. (2 Days)
- Payment Submission: Submit the receipt for the paid demand note to the office. (2 Days)
- Test Report: Provide the wiring contractor’s test report for verification. (3 Days)
- Queue Position: The office will give you a queue position for installation based on payment date. (1 Day)
- Order Allotment: The department will allocate orders for installation. (3 Days)
- Equipment Offer: The department will contact the relevant office to supply the required equipment. (3 Days)
- Equipment Provision: The department store will provide the necessary equipment. (5 Days)
- Connection Setup: The SDO or Assistant Manager will arrange for the installation team to connect the new meter once the equipment is available. (5 Days)
